The scheme was managed and delivered by SIS Projects.  The works were carried out over a 4 week period and completed on time.

Summary of works:

Design Pack, Temporary Facilities, R&D Asbestos Survey

Strip out all existing services.

Replacement of Kitchen units and High end appliances.

Flooring, Ceiling, Window Manifestations,

M&E including new electrical supply and local distribution board, including fire dampers.

Powder coat paint existing steel window frames to new colour.

Full Furniture package fit out.

Internal counter work station specially designed to incorporate under counter unit to enable specific positioning of computer equipment

Window Frames and Glazing with anti bandit double glazed units

SIS Projects were employed by Transport for Wales as a main contractor to provide the following solutions:

Full refurbishment of gents, ladies and disabled toilets. This included new tiling, floor finishes, toilet cubicles, ceiling, automatic entrance doors, decoration and associated M&E/ building works.

Refurbishment of 2 waiting rooms which included new floors, ceilings, seating, decoration, automatic doors and all associated M & E works/building works

Full refurbishment of Heart of Wales office which included new floors, ceilings, decoration, automatic doors and all associated M & E works/building works

The provision of a New Fire Alarm

The provision of data and electrical services

SIS Projects were contracted to supply and Install the following Solutions:

New 3 Position Ticket Office

New Information Counter

New Curtain Walling and Auto Doors

New Canopy over Entrance

New Automatic Doors to ladies, gents and disabled toilets

High Level Glazed Windows over Concourse

SIS Projects were contracted to provide the following solutions:

Full internal fit out of the Station building including Floors, Ceilings, Stud Walls and Decoration.

We Installed a new One Bay Ticket Counter a Rear Staff Break Out Area a Mess Room and Kitchen.

New Internal and External Steel Security Doors and Lift Room Doors were supplied and installed.
